Not quite, though there's sometimes some bleedover as mythology isn't always consistent. But a wyvern is specifically a dragon with only wings and hindlegs, sometimes having a barbed tail. A lindworm is usually serpentine, like this, with forearms and occasionally wings. The difference being, wyverns have hindlegs and aren't usually serpentine, while lindworms have forearms, like this guy here.
