Wow, thanks guys- postcard by SandroRybak Wow, thanks guys- postcard by SandroRybak
Well guys check out what i got in the mail today. I made these postcards to thank the people who are following my facebook art page. The weird thing is: I ordered 500 postcard prints (it was cheaper then 25) What should i do with them....Maybe sell them? Would someone be interested?

Cheers

I would keep them, and when someone purchases a print of mine, I send them a card with it OR as a follow up, later. Good business. Though if you don't sell prints on your own disregard this :)

i dont think its about money, more about the fact that you make 'thank you' cards for someone who gave something (fellowship) to you and want even more from the ppl (in this case money)... i think a THANK YOU is something which should come free and true but thats just my opinion

i think there is you guys are missunderstanding me or I'm just illogical here. I made these postcard to sent them for free to some people who are already following me for a long time. i won't take a cent for this, its just honest gratidude to these people that are always following me. Now here comes the other point. I ordered 500postcards as it's cheapter then a small amount and now I don't know what do do with so many. I won't be able to give all these postcards away for free.... now im looking for a way to maybe sell some as "artprints", not in the context of the free postcards some chosen people will get, following me on FB. ...

Does this make more sense? (As a site note: I made some thoughts about a simple 'thank you' and I think it's never really for free. It's always something you give in return of something else)

lol Now it's clearer, now I understand what's weird, 'cause you didn't wrote you have less than 500 follower to send postcards and I didn't thought there were too many of them!

haha even if I had 500 followers, that would be nearlly 500euro for all the postcards... as a student that's impossible for me to pay ;)(i need a little bit less to survive for one month)
